- ✓ Update your health history and preferred pharmacy
- ✓ Make a payment toward a copay or balance
- ✓ Create or access your patient portal account
📲 How Do I Access Self Check-In?
Look for a Self Check-in link in your appointment email or text reminder, or log in to your patient portal and select your upcoming appointment.
If you don’t have a patient portal account, you may be asked to complete an additional verification step for security.
